What to expect in a treatment

Before your first session, I will send you a consultation form to complete. This helps me understand your unique needs and allows me to tailor the treatment specifically for you.

When you arrive for your session, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful and nurturing environment designed to promote relaxation. During your first visit, we’ll take extra time to go over your consultation form, answer any questions you may have, and go through the personalised treatment plan.

Once you’re comfortably settled on the therapy couch, I will begin your treatment, incorporating Tibetan singing bowls to enhance your relaxation (if preferred).

At the end of your session, I will provide aftercare advice to support your wellbeing beyond our time together. My goal is for you to leave feeling balanced, refreshed, deeply nurtured, and empowered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Marble
What should I wear to my treatment?

I advise to come in something loose and comfortable which enables me to gain access to the areas that I am working on.

For reflexology treatments I will need access to your feet and lower legs, loose trousers or a skirt is ideal.

If it's fascial reflexology,  I may also need access to your arms, so a strappy top or vest is suitable.

For Upper Facial Rejuvenation Massage, I will need access to your shoulders, neck, arms and face.  A strappy top is ideal.

For a harmonic balance treatment, come in loose, comfortable clothing.

How long do I have with you in a holistic treatment?

The treatment you book and pay for covers the time spent on the couch as well as the time before and after your session, to address any queries, discuss any changes, and provide aftercare advice

How long do I have with you in sound treatment?

The time allocated for a whole body harmonic balance treatment includes time afterward to help you feel fully awake and to assess how you're feeling, along with providing aftercare advice.  Working with sound can take you into a deeply meditative state and you need the necessary time afterwards to come back into full awareness.

Do I need to clean my feet for the reflexology?

Whilst this is helpful for me to work on your feet, I do also clean your feet before working on them.  If you are not able to clean your feet prior to coming, this is fine.

Should I remove my make-up for a facial?

Yes, I advise coming make-up free for the Natural Facial Lift  Massage.

Can I talk in a treatment?

You’re welcome to talk if you’d like, and on occasion it is great to know how you are feeling, but allowing yourself to fully relax can also deepen the experience.

I have a wart on my foot.  Can I still have a treatment?

Yes, I can still treat you but I will cover up the area with a plaster for the treatment.

I have a pre-existing medical condition, will I be able to come for a treatment.

Yes!  Prior to any treatment, I always provide in depth consultation and wellness forms to fill in.  This allows me to tailor the treatment to suit your specific needs. And to provide a treatment plan that will help support your overall health and wellbeing.

I have a current infection, can I still have a treatment?

This depends on the infection.  I advise to get in touch to chat with me first.

When booking for my treatment, when do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of booking the treatment.
