About the event
Take time to slow down, unwind, and fully relax with a sound bath led by Melissa of The Sound Sanctuary Norfolk.
Guided from start to finish, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of a wide variety of sound healing instruments including Crystal Tones® singing bowls, all helping to calm the mind, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation.
Suitable for beginners and those returning to sound baths.
Everything is provided so all you need to do is arrive and relax.
