About the event
Robynwren Sacred Sounds invites you to a journey of sound.
Here you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been before, as well as welcoming back those who have.
We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation and meditation.
Then let the singing bowls, gong, chimes, rav vast & more take you on a journey of sound to help you feel more present in your body and switch off the mental chatter in your mind.
A reminder of how the body can and should feel.
