About the event
Robynwren Sacred Sounds invites you to a journey of sound. Here you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been before, as well as welcoming back those who have.
We begin with a simple breath work exercise to ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation and meditation.
Followed by the sound bath.
Let the crystal & tibetan bowls, gong, chimes & more take you on this journey of sound.
