About the event
Melissa of Robynwren Sacred Sounds invites you on a journey of sound.
Here you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.
We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation and meditation.
Then let the deeply felt vibrations from the sound healing instruments take you on a journey of sound to help you feel more present in your body and switch off the mental chatter in your mind.
A reminder of how the body can and should feel.
What to bring: Please ensure you bring all that you need to be comfortable on a wooden floor for approximately an hour, the more commfy you are, the better the experience.

Stow Bridge Soundbath Sun 2pm
Doors open 2pm, Soundbath starts at 2:15pm, please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start. Comfort is key, please bring 1 thick yoga mat, 2 pillows and 2 blankets plus a bottle of water.
