Robynwren Sacred Sounds invites you on a journey of sound.  

Here you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been before, as well as welcoming back those who have.

We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation and meditation.

Then let the deeply felt vibrations from the sound healing instruments take you on a journey of sound to help you feel more present in your body and switch off the mental chatter in your mind.

What to bring: Please ensure you bring all that you need to be comfortable on a wooden floor for approximately an hour, the more commfy you are, the better the experience.
