New Intentions and New Space soundbath. This  will be the first soundbath in the main hall, allowing for more to attend, more space to relax in and more access to be closer to the instruments. Let the therapeutic sounds of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, gong & more take you to a place of deep relaxation, with gentle release, making space for the new.

What to bring: At least one thick yoga mat and blanket to lay on, 2 pillows, one for your knees and one for your head and a warm blanket to cover you.  You will be on a wooden floor for approx 1 hour so anything to make you as comfortable and warm as possible. Some people bring travel matress's or the cushion covering from garden recliners.  The more comfortable you are, the better the experience.  Wear warm comfy clothing.  Plus a bottle of water.
