Designed and built from the ground up with wellness in mind - its a beautiful serene space, perfect to enjoy a soundbath in peace.
Take this time to unwind, let go, and reconnect with yourself through the restorative power of sound. Guided by professionally trained Integral Sound Healing Practitioner Melissa, you’ll be gently led on a calming sound journey using singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum and more.
These soothing vibrations help quiet the mind, ease tension, and invite a deep sense of peace. Sound baths are known to support better sleep, pain relief, reduced anxiety, improved focus, and a lasting sense of clarity and vitality.
