At this soundbath you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.

We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation/meditation.

Then allow the deeply felt vibrations from the sound healing instruments switch off your busy mind, ease your body into a deep state of relaxation & take you on a journey with sound.
