Melissa warmly invites you to a deeply restorative soundbath—an intentional space to rest, ease into stillness, and reconnect with yourself.
This soothing Sunday experience offers you the opportunity to unwind, release life’s noise, and return to centre through the gentle yet powerful vibrations of a variety of sound healing instruments. Allow the calming tones of singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, and more, to guide you into a space of deep relaxation and inner peace.
The first Soothing Sunday Soundbath of this season falls on the eve of the Autumn Equinox—a potent moment to journey inward.
It is the perfect time, in stillness, to reflect upon the rewards of the year and to honour all that you have gained, as we gently move into the season of Autumn. A beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe, and set new intentions, carried with the power of sound.

Sunday Soundbath Sept 21st 2pm
Doors open 1:45PM for the soundbath to start on time at 2PM. Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is key. Please bring 1 thick yoga mat or more, 1 pillow & a bolster to go under your knees, plus 2 blankets. Don't forget a bottle of water and eye mask.
