Come and experience a full 90 minute soundbath journey and enjoy a deeper exploration with sound. With 20 minutes of grounding practise to help relax and unwind, followed by the soundbath, Doors open 6:45PM Session starts 7:15PM £30pp inc refreshments (Please read on for all the event details)

Welcome to Resonance, an extended soundbath experience offering a deeper exploration with sound
If you’ve ever felt the desire to stay a little longer in the space of my soundbaths, then this offering has been created with you in mind.
Designed for those who have previously experienced soundbaths, this session invites you to move beyond the structure of a standard 45-minute practice, allowing more time to settle in, unwind and immerse yourself completely in the vibrations of a multitude of sound healing instruments.
We begin with 20 minutes of gentle grounding,
supporting the body and mind to fully unwind and arrive.
Followed by a 90-minute soundbath.

Resonance Soundbath
Doors open 6:45PM for the session to start on time at 7:15PM. Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is absolutely key - please bring all that you need to be comfortable for this extended session. At least 1 thick yoga mat or similar - cushioning covers off garden recliners/ sofas, zero gravity chairs or sheepskin rugs. Plus a pillow & bolster for under your knees, & blanket. Don't forget a bottle of water & eye mask if required.
