Where the serene ambience of the water & the beauty of being poolside brings a whole new depth to all the instruments played.
Lets honour this last day of Summer together connecting in through the power of sound.
We will begin with breathwork & guided meditation to help ease us into relaxation, followed by a full 60 minutes of sound.
Then time to chat/journal with a warming drink and chocolate afterwards.
