Give yourself permission to pause for a deeply restorative soundbath, at the beautiful location of the Yoga studio at The Grange hotel, in Kings Lynn, located just off Wootton road. Designed and built from the ground up with wellness in mind - it's a beautiful serene space, with underfloor heating, a perfect place to enjoy a soundbath and a wonderful way to end your week.
If you're simply looking for some time for yourself to relax, then this is the perfect place. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, restless, or stuck in the same cycle of tension, a soundbath offers a space to finally exhale. If part of you knows it’s time to feel different, this is where that shift can begin.

January Soundbath Tickets
Doors open 7PM for the soundbath to start on time at 7:15PM Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is key. Don't forget to bring what you need to be comfortable. Single yoga mats are provided, alongside blanket, bolster cushion & eye mask. Please bring your own pillow, water bottle and anything else that you need to be comfy and at ease.
