Allow the sounds & vibrations of the singing bowls, gong, shruti box, chimes, drum and more help support your mental health and overall well-being.

At this soundbath you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.

We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation/meditation followed by the soundbath.

All helping you to switch off a busy mind, bringing ease and peace to your body.
