Melissa of Robynwren Sacred Sounds invites you on a therapeutic journey of sound.  The perfect way to switch off from a busy week, allowing yourself the rest & reset you need to then enjoy the weekend ahead. 

At this soundbath you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.

We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation/meditation.

Then allow the deeply felt vibrations from the sound healing instruments switch off your busy mind, ease your body into a deep state of relaxation & take you on a journey with sound.  Sound is powerful in helping to shift emotions to a more healthy way of thinking & helping you let go of a busy week.
