Allow yourself this time to let go, unwind and disconnect from daily life, gifting yourself the relaxation and rejuvenation you deserve, through the power of sound.

Let the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as Crystal Tones® singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, gong, shruti box, chimes, drums, and more gently quiet an overactive mind, helping to restore and regulate your nervous system while allowing your body to release tension and anxiety.

You will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.

We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation/meditation followed by the soundbath.
