This soothing Sunday experience offers you the opportunity to unwind, release life’s noise, and return to centre through the gentle yet powerful vibrations of a variety of sound healing instruments.
If you're simply looking for some time for yourself to relax, then this is the perfect place. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, restless, or stuck in the same cycle of tension, a soundbath offers a space to finally exhale. If part of you knows it’s time to feel different, this is where that shift can begin.
The soothing vibrations help by clearing the mind, the gentle waves of sound ease tension, and your nervous system remembers what peace feels like.

Sunday Soundbath Feb 15th
Doors open 1:45PM for the soundbath to start on time at 2PM. Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is key. Please bring 1 thick yoga mat or more, 1 pillow & a bolster to go under your knees, plus 2 blankets. Don't forget a bottle of water and eye mask.
