At this time of year, when the days are shorter, it's in our nature to rest more, go inward and see what we really need to let go of.

Come join Melissa of RobynWren Sacred Sounds for a series of 3 hour sessions running over the coming Autumn & Winter months. Let us journey this time together being held with therapeutic sound & heart opening, grounding & empowering practises.
A time to journey deeper with sound, with more gentle releasing, more holding & more time for nurturing.
Join me in this monthly practise & learn to really listen to the wisdom that your body holds within.
This series of events will be hosted in a beautifully crafted log cabin, heated by a woodbruning stove. Nestled within stunning private gardens, surrounded by nature and besides a wild oak tree.
