Give yourself permission to pause for a deeply restorative soundbath, at the beautiful location of the Yoga studio at The Grange hotel, in Kings Lynn, located just off Wootton road. Designed and built from the ground up with wellness in mind - its a beautiful serene space, perfect to enjoy a soundbath, a wonderful way to end your week.
Take this time to unwind, let go, and reconnect with yourself through the power of sound. Guided by professionally trained Integral Sound Healing Practitioner Melissa, you’ll be gently led on a calming sound journey using singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum and more.
These soothing vibrations help quiet the mind, ease tension, and invite a deep sense of peace. Sound baths are known to support better sleep, pain relief, reduced anxiety, improved focus, and a lasting sense of clarity and vitality.

Soundbath at The Grange Dec 19
Doors open 7PM for the soundbath to start on time at 7:15PM Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is key. Don't forget to bring what you need to be comfortable. Single yoga mats are provided, alongside blanket, bolster cushion & eye mask. Please bring your own pillow, water bottle and anything else that you need to be comfy and at ease.
