About the event
Melissa of The Sound Sanctuary Norfolk invites you to a deeply restorative soundbath. Gift yourself this time on a Sunday, to relax, switch off a busy mind & enjoy the rest & reset that you need, to help your overall mental health & well being.
At this soundbath you will be gently guided through the flow of this event, making this ideal for those who haven't been to a soundbath before, as well as welcoming back those who have.
We begin with a simple breathing exercise to help ease us into relaxation before going onto a guided visualisation/meditation.
Then allow the deeply felt vibrations from the sound healing instruments switch off your busy mind, ease your body into a deep state of relaxation & take you on a journey with sound.

Doors open 1:30PM for the soundbath to start on time at 1:45PM Please arrive on time as doors will be closed for soundbath to start without interruption. Comfort is key. Don't forget to bring all that you need to be comfortable.
